Q. How Do I withdraw winning from Casino UKGrand?
A. Cashing out from your Casino UKGrand account is easy. Simply
click on the “CASHIER” button that is located in the lobby. Then you
click on “WITHDRAW.”
You will then be asked to choose the cash out options that are
available to you by the cashier. Fill in the information that is

You will note that when you submit your request for a withdrawal
from your account, it will be designated as “waiting” in your
account. This means that is has been accepted by Casino UKGrand and
is simply awaiting processing.
The casino reserves the right to hold all withdrawals of over $5,000
for security check until receipt of proper identification is shown,
including digitized photograph. This is done for security reasons.
All other withdrawal requests will be processed within four (4)
business days after you have made the request.
If you decide to cancel your request for withdrawal during the four
day time period, you can do so and your funds will be deposited
right back into your Casino UKGrand account. When you cancel your
withdrawal request, you can continue to play without it being
considered a new deposit. For VIP players, the withdrawal processing
period is different.
Please note:
There is NO LIMIT that a player can cash out at the casino, but
there is a maximum amount that can be withdrawn from the account at
any one time. If you are receiving a withdrawal of more than $9,000
or higher, or the same amount in Euro or Pounds, you will have this
paid to you once a month. This procedure applies to all winnings
including Progressive Jackpots. Withdrawals will also require the
proper documentation that is required such as digitized photograph
and other identification papers.
Your winnings are safe in our secure server. Your account balance
will remain the same each time you log off the server. You do not
have to withdraw winnings each time you play in order to feel secure.
When you do withdraw your winnings, you may have to provide
identification documentation such as copies of your credit cards,
utility bills or a driver’s license to get the withdrawal process.
This is done for your protection to make sure that no one else who
may gain access to your account will withdraw your winnings without
your consent.
If you are using Wire Transfer cash out, the minimum for a
withdrawal is $500 or the equal in Euro or Dollar. Any less will not
be able to be processed.
MasterCard has regulations that do not permit funds to be credited
back to the account. If you fund your account through MasterCard,
you will have to find another means of withdrawal to get your money
out. You can use one of the other payment providers or a wire
transfer.
Citadel deposits take longer to clear. You may have to wait an
additional amount of time before you can withdraw funds made with a
Citadel deposit. If you make a deposit with Citadel and it is denied
for any reason, your winnings will be voided and your withdrawal
will be declined.
Please note:
When referred to days, this entails all business days and does not
include weekends or holidays. There is a different time frame for
withdrawals for VIP players.
Before any player can cash out, all minimum wagering requirements
must have been met.
The casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal that is
greater than the original deposit of the player if the deposit is
played in any of the excluded games as outlined above.
